MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JULIE A. ROBINSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Daron Downs brings this action against his former employer, Defendant Jostens, Inc., alleging a claim of retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. *1334This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doe. 24). The motion is fully briefed and the Court is prepared to rule. For the reasons stated below, Defendant’s motion is denied.
