This is an appeal from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed October 24, 1974 and amended on April 24, 1975, which reversed a referee’s decision disallowing the claim and found that the claimant sustained an industrial accident arising out of and in the course of his employment.
The claimant was employed as a ship broker by the employer engaged in the business of ship and cargo chartering with offices in New York City.
