On September 21, 1923, the Newbro Drug Company commenced an action in the district court of Silver Bow county against George W. Wall and W. M. V. Lynch upon an account for goods (druggists’ supplies) sold and delivered between March 1, 1923, and August 31, 1923, and procured a writ of attachment, which was duly levied upon the undivided one-half interest in parts of certain lots in Bntte owned by 'Wall.
