This action in equity was begun in the circuit court for the district of Kentucky by the complainant the Youngstown Bridge Company to foreclose a mechanic’s lien asserted by it upon the bridge and approaches of the Kentucky & Indiana Bridge Company. The parties defendant to the bill included the Kentucky & Indiana Bridge Company; John H.
