MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on for hearing on January 20, 2011, upon the Objection to Exemptions (“Exemption Objection”) filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee, Tom C. Smith, Jr. (“Trustee”), on December 14, 2010, to the exemptions claimed by the Debtor, Maria Teresa Stoney (the “Debtor”). This Court has jurisdiction over these proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b) and 1334(b). Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409.
