MEMORANDUM OPINION
SENTER, District Judge.
The Mississippi Legislature recently enacted House Bill No. 345, an Act proscribing the distribution or possession with intent to distribute obscene materials; the law will become effective on July 1, 1983. 1 The plaintiffs have brought this action attacking the statute on a wide range of constitutiorial issues ami request a preliminary injunction restraining the defendants from enforcing the statute pending a full and complete hearing on the merits of the plaintiffs’ claims.
