2Per curiam

*41Respondent Robert J. Pape, Jr. was admitted to the practice of law by the Second Judicial Department on February 25, 1981 and, at all relevant times herein, respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee now seeks an order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 603.4 (e) (1) (ii) and (iii), immediately suspending respondent from the practice of law, and until further order of this Court, upon the grounds of substantial admissions, made under oath, that he has committed acts of professional misconduct, and…
