OPINION BY

JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) appeals from the trial court’s order granting Deon Williams’s writ of habeas corpus. The Commonwealth contends that it adduced enough evidence to establish a prima facie case of Persons not to Possess Firearms. See 18 Pa.C.S. § 6105. We find that when viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the Commonwealth, the Commonwealth presented sufficient evidence to support a prima facie case that Deon Williams unlawfully possessed a firearm in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. section 6105.
