— The appellee, Henry Weidner, Jr., who was plaintiff below, instituted this suit against appellants Hannah Munk and Minna Ochse, with whom were joined their husbands as defendants, to remove cloud from title and quiet his possession to a certain tract of land described in his petition. He alleged that his father, Henry Weidner, Sr., in 1857 married Frederica Frehde, who was at that time a widow and mother of three children by a former marriage, two of whom are the appellants Hannah and Minna.
