With reference to the purported sale or gifts of tbe interests under consideration to H. P. Leverett, the jury in answer to issues submitted found: That H.'P. Leverett and wife on or about July, 1894, entered into a contract with W. B. Leverett and C. O. Leverett, whereby 'W. B. Leverett and 0. 0. Leverett agreed to give their interest in the land in controversy to H. P.
