FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

CANCIO, Chief Judge.

This action was brought pursuant to the Public Vessels Act, 46 U.S.C. § 781. After a trial of the case, the Court, having received the evidence including the credibility of the witnesses and having evaluated the documentary evidence offered and admitted, together with the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and being therefore fully advised in the premises, now makes its findings of fact and conclusions of law by adopting for the most part the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law as submitted by the…
