The appellee Sarah Cochran instituted this action against her co-appellee Sarah Sample and the appellant, upon a promissory note executed to her by them for f 100. ■ Sarah Sample pleaded coverture, and judgment was-' given in her favor, so that the contest here is between appellant and the appellee Sarah Cochran.
