The defendant seeks an order of the court to compel the plaintiff to produce documents in response to a subpoena duces tecum issued to John J. King, vice president of the plaintiff corporation, in connection with a deposition now being taken of such vice president by the defendant. On advice of counsel, the officer of the plaintiff corporation, on being examined, refused to produce the documents requested under the subpoena.
