The plaintiff, trading as A. L. Diament & Company, was engaged in the business of furnishing wall paper, mouldings and paints and of hanging wall paper, putting up mouldings and doing fresco painting. His place of business was in Philadelphia, and the work out of which this suit arises was done upon two houses of the defendant in Atlantic City and occupied several days.
