Action for damages by the appellants, Lillian I. Callihan and C. C. Callihan, for personal in*155juries alleged to have been sustained by Lillian I. Callihan through respondent’s negligence in operating one of its street cars in the city of Spokane. A jury returned a verdict for the respondent. Appellants’ motion for a new trial was denied, and from the judgment entered thereupon this appeal was taken.. The complaint alleges, in substance, that Lillian I.
