CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

This case is before us on remand from the Texas Supreme Court. On the initial appeal to this Court, we held that the jury’s failure to find that Anthony Cropper was negligent in any degree was against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence. Caterpillar Tractor Company v. Cropper, 720 S.W.2d 824 (Tex.App.-Texarkana 1986), rev’d, 754 S.W.2d 646 (Tex.1988).
