The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its decision and order against Hudson T. Marsden, requiring Marsden to cease and desist from certain unfair labor practices and to reinstate or otherwise compensate certain employees discharged after participating in what Ad ministrative Law Judge D. Barry Morris found to be protected concerted activity under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 157 (1976).
