Meyer Trieste, late of Newark, died in December, 1878. By his will he gave all his real and personal estate, subject to and charged with the payment of his debts and funeral expenses, and certain pecuniary legacies, in the following shares : One-fourth to each of his daughters, Eanny, Cecilia and Rosa, and their heirs and assigns forever, and the other fourth to his executors, or such of them as should qualify, in.trust, to invest it, and pay the interest to his son Phineas for life, and at the death of Phineas, to divide the principal among his daughters, “or their heirs,” in…
