William F. Melosh died on October 17th, 1937, leaving him surviving his widow, Louise W. Melosh, two children by a prior marriage — Elizabeth M. Phair and Rudolph C. Melosh — and one child of his marriage to Louise — Margaret M. Rusch, the complainant, the wife of Clifford M. Rusch. In his last will and testament duly probated before the surrogate of Hudson County, the decedent named his widow, Louise, and his brother, Henry J. Melosh, executors. Louise died in an accident on July 30th, 1941, leaving her surviving the complainant. In her will, admitted to probate by the surrogate of Hudson…
