Plaintiff, Gayle Zereski (“Zereski”), brought this action against defendants alleging various tort and contract claims arising out of the publication of allegedly defamatory material printed in a union newsletter. Defendants, American Postal Workers Union, Moe Biller, and Douglas Holbrook, filed the instant motion to dismiss pursuant to Mass.P.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) & (6) and Rule 4(j).
