Sutton, C. J.. This was an action in Fulton Superior Court by I. A. Cromer against Mrs. Carling Dinkier Sr., for damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff on account of a fall through a hole in the floor of a building while he was working on property owned by the defendant as the employee of an independent contractor.
