This matter is presently before the Court on the motion of Frank W. Scroggins, Trustee in Reorganization Under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act of Kaleidoscope, Inc., the above-named Debtor (hereinafter the “Trustee”), for an Order directing Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy, (hereinafter “Powell, Goldstein”) and the members, associates, and employees thereof to turn over to the Trustee, and his counsel, all property of the Debtor in their possession, custody or control, including corporate records and…
