MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BARBOUR, Chief Judge.
This cause is before the Court on Appeal from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi dismissing these two adversary proceedings. The Court, having reviewed the record, and having considered the briefs of counsel, is of the opinion that the decision of the court below should be reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
