This case involves an appeal and a cross-appeal from a district court judgment vacating a portion of a bankruptcy court judgment and remanding the matter to the bankruptcy court. The district court found that the bankruptcy court did not have summary jurisdiction to set aside two settlement agreements entered into by appellant, PIC Realty Corporation (PIC), and appellees, Vita Management Company and Vita-Adams Investment Company.
