In this Chapter 11 bankruptcy the Debtor-in-Possession (“DIP”) filed a motion to dismiss on October 2, 1998. The Office of U.S. Trustee filed an objection on October 6,1998, on the grounds that it is entitled to quarterly U.S. Trustee fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) assessable against the settlement between the DIP, Kaman Aerospace Corporation (“Kaman”) and Textron Financial Corporation (“Textron”), which was approved by Order entered August 20,1998.
