This matter comes before the Court for hearing on confirmation of the First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization and the objection of Donald F. Walton, Acting United States Trustee for Region Three (the “U.S. Trustee”) to confirmation of the First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Plan”).
