NEELY, Justice:

This is an appeal of a murder conviction from the Circuit Court of Marshall County. The appellant, an inmate in the State Penitentiary, was convicted of the premeditated murder of a fellow inmate, Grant Allen Yates. The jury returned the verdict with a recommendation of mercy. Appellant now assigns four errors. Appellant argues that: (1) the trial court erred in refusing his motion for a change of venue; (2) the trial court improperly conducted voir dire; (3) out-of-court statements of co-conspirators were improperly admitted into evidence; and (4) the court improperly denied…
