John Fahey and Mary Fahey have sued out this writ of error to reverse the order and judgment of the superior court of Cook county, entered in a habeas corpus proceeding on August 10, 1922, whereby the custody of a child, Robert Burr, was awarded to his father, Roy Burr, the relator. It is the settled law of this State that in a habeas corpus proceeding for the custody of a child a writ of error will lie to review the judgment of the court. (Sullivan v.
