McKEEHAN, District Judge.

On March-27, 1924, a grand jury impaneled in the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Ohio-returned an indictment against about 50 corporations and a like number of individuals, including the relators, charging them with, having engaged in an illegal combination in restraint of interstate commerce in malleable iron eastings. The four relators, who are-residents of this district, were brought before one of the United States commissioners-upon warrants duly applied for and issued by him.
