This is an action for conversion. The case was submitted to the jury as against the defendant Handrulis only. After the jury had returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff as against Handrulis, the trial court set the verdict aside and granted a new trial as to him. The question of the correctness of that result is not before this court. The complaint was dismissed at the close of plaintiff’s case as against the defendant Federal Reserve Bank and at the close of all the testimony as against the defendant Sarah Alkoff.
