SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION AND ORDER OF THE COURT

GIGNOUX, Senior District Judge.

In its opinion and order dated February 23, 1984, the Court granted the motion of the United States to dismiss, or for summary judgment on, all but one of the counts in the third-party complaint for contribution and/or indemnification filed by defendants against the United States (Model Third-Party Complaint B) in each of the asbestos-related actions filed in this Court by present and former employees, and the representatives of deceased employees, at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS).
