Oscar E. Carlstrom, as Attorney General of Illinois, filed a bill in the circuit court of Menard county to enforce a trust created by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of Mary F. Dixon, deceased. There was a hearing by the chancellor and the bill was dismissed for want of equity. From this decree an appeal was taken direct to this court under the theory that the case is one in which the State is interested, as a party or otherwise.
