Rio v. Edward Hospital

Plaintiff, Douglas Rio, brought this medical malpractice action against Edward Hospital, a municipal corporation, Dr. Afzal Hussain, a hospital employee, and Dr. K. A. Hurst for personal injuries allegedly caused by defendants’ negligence. (Dr. K. A. Hurst is not a party to this appeal.)
