PI. G. Pugh & Company, a corporation, brought this suit in equity against J. D. Ahrens to enjoin him from enforcing- a judgment in the circuit court, on the ground that it was procured by fraud. The facts on which the relief is based may be briefly stated as follows:

J. D. Ahrens sued H. G. Pugh & Company, a corporation, of which H. G. Pugh is president, to recover an amount alleged to be due for premiums on two policies of insurance upon the life of its president.
