Defendant, Maryland Casualty Company, appeals the district court’s summary judg ment confirming an arbitration award and awarding attorney’s fees, on the following grounds: there existed evident partiality on the part of the neutral arbitrator within the meaning of Fla.Stat.Ann. § 682.13(l)(b); material questions of fact precluded summary judgment; the district court improperly limited discovery; and the trial court should not have assessed attorney’s fees. We affirm.
