Debtor-Appellant, Jatinder Kumar Luthra (“Luthra”), appeals from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York, Holland, J., dated March 25, 1994, declaring a $701,090.24 debt owed by him to Appellee-Cross Appellant, Union Bank of the Middle East, Ltd.
