¶1 Chambers, J.

The Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) filed a three-count formal complaint against Donald B. Kronenberg, alleging that he (1) bribed and tampered with a witness, (2) deceived prosecutors, and (3) is unfit to practice law. A hearing officer found that the WSBA had proved all counts and recommended disbarment, a decision the Disciplinary Board (Board) affirmed. We affirm the Board and now disbar Kronenberg.
