This case came before the court for trial on April 28 and May 5, 1993, on the issue of whether the Complainant Stallard has a prescriptive easement over the Defendants Bull’s property in a rural area of Warren County, Virginia. The Complainant’s counsel, Joseph A. Massie, Jr., appeared on April 28, 1993, and the Complainant and his counsel appeared on May 5, 1993. The Defendant appeared with his counsel, Edward F. Greco, on both dates. Evidence was heard ore terns, and upon consideration whereof, I have made the following decision.
