This is an action for slander. The complaint alleges that the defendant, in the presence and hearing of L. B. ltossman and other persons, falsely and maliciously spoke of and concerning plaintiff as follows: “Fenton sent those two prostitutes to talk with my -wife ” (meaning this plaintiff and her mother).
