The parties to this insurance lawsuit dispute whether coverage is due to Plaintiff Otis Elevator Company (Otis) under a Factory Mutual (FM) insurance contract for property damage that resulted from an accident at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport during installation of an automated people mover. This Court’s diversity jurisdiction has been invoked under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
