The record contains evidence tending to support the plaintiffs’ replication to the defendant’s plea setting up the limitation clause in the policy, but whether said evidence is sufficient to sustain the verdict of the jury upon that issue is purely a-question of fact as to which the judgment of the Appellate-Court is conclusive. We must therefore assume that said replication, or at least enough of its averments to constitute a sufficient answer to said plea, were duly proved.
