Jenkins v. Reinbold
Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION OF THE COURT
GREENBERG, Circuit Judge.
Appellants, Alden Jentíns, Gwendolyn Neal, and Harlan Roberts, appeal from a judgment entered in favor of appellees, the Red Clay Consolidated School District Board of Education (“The Board”) in Delaware and the individual Board members,1 finding that the at-large system of electing Board members does not violate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. The district court’s conclusion that appellants failed to establish a section 2 violation was not clearly erroneous, and its legal conclusions were sound. Therefore, we will affirm.
