Introduction
This opinion addresses an objection to a proof of claim filed by a mortgage creditor in a Chapter 13 case. The dispute before the Court centers on the application of § 2609(b) of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), 12 U.S.C. § 2609(b), to the arrearage portion of the proof of claim.
