I. Introduction

Confronting this Court is a daunting compendium of post-petition moving parts. The debtor’s plan, to which the creditor at bar has not objected, provisioned for the pro rata treatment of the creditor’s mortgage debt. Upon completion of the plan payments, the chapter 13 trustee issued a 3002.1(f) notice, wherein she declared that the debtor’s mortgage had been cured and paid in full. The trustee thus…
