Topline Equipment, Inc. v. Stan Witty Land, Inc.

This action arose out of an attempt by Top-line Equipment, Inc. (Topline), an Oregon corporation, to recover the balances owed by Stan Witty Land, Inc. (Witty), a Washington corporation, on three conditional sales contracts.
