Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered October 29, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the first degree, rape in the second degree, incest (four counts), sodomy in the first degree (three counts), sodomy in the second degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree, intimidating a witness in the third degree and sodomy in the third degree.
