The matter before the Court involves a Complaint to Avoid the Fixing of a Lien under Section 522(f)(1) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978. Attorney Daniel P. Ernst represented the Plaintiffs in this adversary proceeding, and Attorney James A. Trannel represented the Defendant. Briefs have been submitted by both Attorneys.
