FUNDERBURK, Justice.
In pursuance of elections ordered by the County Judge of Throckmorton County, the returns of which were canvassed and results declared by the Commissioners’ Court of said County, Woodson Independent School District, lying wholly within Throckmorton County, and County Line School District No. 4, lying partly in Throckmorton County and partly in Stephens County, were, if such procedure was legally authorized, formed into a consoli■dated school district.
