JOPINSON, Chief Justice.

Talco Independent School District is ¿ county-line district composed of territory located partly in Franklin County and partly in Titus County, the principal school being in Titus; the administrative- county. Kinney Point Common School District'No. 31 is located wholly within Franklin County. It adjoins the Talco district on the west. The Talco district has a considerable outstanding ' bond' indebtedness against it. ’
