BAUGH, Justice.

Appeal is from a judgment in favor of ap-pellees, based upon a special issue verdict, against appellant for damages for death of the wife of Mike Polanco and mother of their minor children, the other appellees, represented by Mike Polanco as next friend. The injuries causing the death resulted from a collision between a truck in which deceased was riding, and one driven by an employee of appellant, on a highway in Travis County, Texas, in August, 1939.
